The Fangirls are a group of three sisters, each representing a "typical Ed, Edd n Eddy fangirl".

Characters
"The fangirls" exists out of three girls, named Deirdre, Anastasia and Laetitia. Anastasia is the eldest and Deirdre the youngest.
Even though they call each other sisters, it's not been confirmed. It's impossible to see a real connection between the girls, as the appearance and behaviour of each are very different.
Neither do they interact that much with each other, as they are usually only focused on their "love interest".
Deirdre
Deirdre is the Edd fangirl.
Even though she's madly in love with Edd, she fully believes he fancies Eddy and therefore often urges Edd to confess or to make out with him.
In general she thinks Edd has blonde hair, but is also content with his black hair whenever she gets a glimpse of it. Though, every next day she seems to have forgotten all about it, and is again convinced his hair is blonde.
Together with Anastasia she often tries to get rid of Ed when approaching her love interest, as she finds him the least important character.
Anastasia
Anastasia is the Eddy fangirl.
She gets easily charmed by Eddy and the little that he does. She sees him as the equivalent of perfection, so his lack of popularity confuses her. This is also a reason why she bears a strong hatred for Edd.
Together with Deirdre she often tries to get rid of Ed when approaching her love interest, as she finds him the least important character.
Laetitia
Laetitia is the Ed fangirl.
She is the only sister who has a sense of respect for her idol, and specifically likes him because she finds the funniest of the three. She is positive that Ed the most important member of the Eds, because of the reason above, yet doesn't care that neither one of her sisters agree.
While Deirdre and Anastasia are both very agressive in their approach, Laetitia isn't sure how to approach Ed, so often doesn't. This means that none of the Eds have noticed her yet, and she is considered the "forgotten sister".
Unlike Deirdre and Anastasia, she doesn't bear a hatred for Edd or Eddy.
Relationship with the original characters
As all three sisters are in a higher grade than the original cast (see: "For Mel, Love Jon"), they don't bother with any of the other characters, besides Ed, Edd and Eddy.
Edd is the most nonchalant about the whole situation. Even though he gets threatened, insulted and even abused by both Anastasia and Deirdre, he sees them more as a nuisance than anything else. Eddy, on the other hand, is heavily disturbed by Anastasia.
Ed is usually "disposed of" before he can even show his feelings about the matter.
The fangirls are aware of the Kanker sisters' existence, but don't see them as a threat. The Kanker sisters are not aware of their existence, since the fangirls are usually hiding somewhere and spying on the Eds. Only Anastasia seems to want to get rid of Lee.

- "Deirdre", "Anastasia" and "Laetitia" are the artist's real names.
- Even though the characters are bearing the artist's name, their obsession with the Eds is only based on the Ed, Edd n Eddy fanbase. Yet each of them possesses distinctive character traits the artist possesses.
- Anastasia has the actual appearance of the artist.
- Anastasia made her first appearance in the Ed, Edd n Eddy Highschool Song.
- Deirdre made her first appearance in the unfinished Nyan Nyan-animation.
- Laetitia never made an appearance till this point.
- Deirdre, Anastasia (and Laetitia) also play a part in the story "For Mel, Love Jon", doing the exact same thing.
- As the creator of "The Fangirls" also made the hat-theory featured on this page, Edd is not considered to be blonde.
